Cancellation Policy

In order to adequately accommodate all clients, we ask for a 48-hour advance notice when canceling an appointment. We understand that conflicts arise and emergencies happen but please keep in mind that a last minute cancellation within the penalty period may activate a deposit requirement from you for your next booking.

TRAVEL FEE

There is a $25 travel fee added to any appointments made for a location outside a radius of 25 miles of Fayetteville, GA 30214.

Hygiene

Good hygiene aids in your own comfort and enjoyment of services. We ask that you refrain from arriving to your appointment directly from a workout or other strenuous activity. Shaving is not recommended right before your appointment as this can increase risk of irritation or infection from open wounds on the skin.

COVID-19 and Other Illnesses

Your health is a top priority and is taken seriously. As such, I will be following the current local public health guidelines and suggestions for COVID-19 precautions. That may include wearing a face mask if there is a local high concentration of infections.  In addition, if you are sick, experiencing a fever, or have a recent injury please inform me as soon as possible so that your appointment can be rescheduled.

Personal Boundaries

In order to facilitate a safe environment and experience for both the client and the therapist it is important to remember that this is a professional appointment for the sole purpose of providing massage therapy. Any sexual advances or improper language will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the session and a forfeit of any fees.
